My wife and I have been trying to discover new, local spots around Pitt County. We had a coupon book and had never heard of this place, so we decided to give it a shot! The wait staff was extremely kind and welcoming. You get free bread for starters before your meal, which was a little unexpected. We decided to try the ravioli appetizer and two pasta dishes, which was all amazing. This will definitely be a place we return to and will bring friends next time!
This place has really close to authentic Italian food.
They are dishes made without meat in mind.
They have a good vegetarian selection without compromising on quality. It is not like some places were the vegetarian option is just the normal version minus the animal stuff.
The service and food are outstanding. The owners are great people, and always have friendly staff. Try the sausage with your spaghetti, and the bannana pudding is the best! Everything is home made; they easily have the best marinara sauce I've ever had. We love this place!
It is a lovely place with a nice menu. However I received terrible service tonight. Even though the restaurant was sparsely occupied, we were offered a poor table and upon request offered one only slightly better. My friend's knife was removed with the salad plate and not replaced. His pizza was not sliced well so we shared my knife while waiting for a long time for one to be provided. I requested that my dinner be prepared to go and would have provided a nice lunch, however it was never returned. My after dinner coffee was cold. The food was actually quite good, but appreciate good service as part of a meal so may not be quick to return.
I ate here for the first time today and ordered the spaghetti with Italian sausage. It was delicious! The atmosphere and service are great! I will definitely be eating here again in the future!
