Rob Barwick nice person but horrible pa and incopentant with paperwork. They also introduce him as doctor when is not a doctor but a pac.
Great office. So easy to make an appointment and I never have to sit in the waiting room long. Love Mr. Barwick- he is very friendly and caring to his patients.
Called to see if I could be seen, been sick for 6 days now and have had to leave work. whomever answered the phone was rude and said nothing was available till Friday so instead of seeing my PCP for only $10 I had to go to an urgent care for $70 to get antibiotics. I will be changing my PCP
Love Ellis PAC! Never had a problem getting an appointment. Easy to get appointments and always seen within a few minutes of the appointment times. You get the benefits of a PCP but speed of an urgent care. In a industry where Dr's get paid to see you over and over, he genuinely wants to see his patients healthy and treats you like family.
I was a new patient here and I can say my experience with the nurse and doctor were fine. I'm fairly young and healthy, just moved into the area and looking to establish a PCP. Where my experience is completely lacking is they won't see my wife. She has a small bill that was accrued when we were not together. Neither of us had any idea of the bill as it was sent to her parents or we would have taken care of it. Upon a visit to be seen there my wife offers to pay the bill on the spot and is told they would not accept a payment?! Their enforcement of a corporate like policy will prevent me from going back. The front desk clerk lost money from not accepting a payment in full, lost money from not keeping a scheduled appointment for my wife and lost money by not having me as a patient. You're a doctor's office it's your job to take care of your patients like people, it's your job to collect money for services rendered. If you want to be treated like a number go here, for more personal level care I would suggest finding somewhere else.
