As a local tour guide this is one of the best fitness centers I have ran across. All the staff is just so nice. They have all kinds of stuff you can do from cardio to weight lifting and there rates are really good. Its the best experience I have had. They made me feel like I was home, I plan on stickin with this gym for as long as I can. I really didnt have a reason to try and lose weight no more until I was introduced to this place. I love planet fitness
it's always a welcoming experiencing walking in, the employees always greet with a smile and are upbeat, specifically the manager, Jasmine. never fails to help when needed and has a bubbly personality that rubs off on you. 10/10
I love this gym. Go every chance i get. Just need to update the beds.
Came from another location (have the black card membership) and checking in was no hassle. Gym was clean and there was plenty of equipment to use. The only thing I didn't like about it was that there wasn't a a lot of space to change after you got a shower, or a safer place to put your belonging while you shower. It's an inconvenience more than anything. Other than that, this place is great. EDIT: It appears showers don't get cleaned thoroughly anymore as there is a nasty looking grime on the walls.
Beware future Planet Fitness members - In the event that you have to cancel due to moving to an area without PF, you have to physically be at this location in order to cancel. There is no online option. PF says you can send a letter of your intent to cancel your membership; despite having MAILED A LETTER 5 days prior to my bill date, I was still charged because the employees 'did not check the mail' and refused to refund the charge. You would be better served using a gym in the 21st century, or invest in those old fashioned carrier pigeons. What a scam.
