Staff are so familiar with us that they asked if we wanted the same items as last visit. Store was very busy but wait time for food was short.
People waited 30mins to eat after ordering there food today...me it was rolling near 15 min
First time getting the shredded chicken burrito
Wow! Flavor is amazing.
Placed my order in the drive thru. I notice my chips missing. Had to wait on them. I get to where I was going and found my meal out of everybody's else was incomplete. I was missing my chicken chalupa meal. I call them up and tell them what happen. I was told my order will be replaced when i return. Now I have to wait till we leave before I can eat. The funny thing is they was not busy at all. Now I am going to see how handle this when I go back about this. I get back there over 2 hours later. I have already found something else to eat. I tell the cashier about my order. The manager ask me what was wrong with the order. I tell her what was missing. Then I tell her I just want my money back. Few minutes later they try to hand me a bag with my missing food. I look at the person and tell him I don't the food. I have already ate. This order was from hours ago. I want my money back. Would have been different if I could have eaten it while it was still hot and fresh. So they give my money back for the missing food. Am I am happy? Nope. I really was looking forward to having hot and fresh taco bell today. Remember to check your order before pulling away from the window. Or you may just stay hungry.
Can be spotty on the orders sometimes but the customer service here is wonderful. Within walking distance of South Haven and South Square apartments and Pitt Community College.
