We left our dog there two times, both times the front desk was friendly and welcoming, but noticed that when she was brought to the back instead of trying to coach and be patient with, they pulled and tried forcing her to the back. On the second occasion I received a phone call stating that my dog was being aggressive toward the handler, and that I should have someone come pick her up. I want you to know this is totally out of character for her and is known to be the most kind and submissive dog to anyone. I phoned my emergency contact and he went to pick her up. The front desk personal we friendly and understanding and brought him to the back to see her and pick her up to bring home.
My dog has been attending this boarding facility for about a year now. At first I was skeptical in doing so because of previous experiences. I reluctantly gave Hoffman-Haus a try. I was promised that he would be in the hands of great caretakers. I honestly believe that he is, due to the tremendous improvement in the behavior of my baby around people and other animals. He's always be clean and tidy when it is time to go home. I also love the pictures of my baby at story time. I have already referred my other fur-parents!
My friend did receive a call a few days later from the old owner apologizing for what happened.
This is an excellent facility. All the employees are professional and courteous. Our pet's behavior clearly speaks to how kindly she is treated. Highly recommend this business.
From my understanding the center was just sold to a new owner. My personal advice is to make sure your 150% confident with whom you leave your pet with. I learned the hard way. If that's happened behind closed doors something is extremely wrong and something being hide our your extremely incompetent.
5 star spa resort to to board your best friend as they are treated so well by the very kind staff. Price is great for the care your pet receives. Also, couldn't be happier with the fact you can call during the day for an update and they are so nice about keeping your mind at ease. Highly recommend!

It didn't go that way, unfortunately the lady who works in the back came out yelling at him profusely and saying he was breaking the law by being in the back and screaming at him to get out. He told her who do you think your talking to and how extremely unprofessional she was acting towards him. The ladies who work the front remained claim and tried to work with my friend to finish the pick up process, when the same lady came to the front just to berated the front desk in front of him for allowing him in the back.
