They were terrific! Professional, courteous and prompt. There was actually a miscommunication between what I was quoted and what I was charged (most likely my fault and it was still very reasonable), and they were incredibly quick to respond and refunded the amount over what I was originally quoted. The manager even called me at 7p on a Friday night to make sure I was satisfied. Customer service of this quality and caliber is unfortunately becoming more rare, but it is alive and well at Interstate. I will certainly use them again, and would highly recommended them to anyone without a moment's hesitation. Thank you!
They do insurance claim for auto glass needs. They have really good rates for cash customers also. The lady in winterville named Emily is great helps you with a smile.
This is an amazing company. My windshield needed to be replaced, I emailed them and Emily got back to me within SECONDS, literally! They came to my house at the time that worked for me and did a great job. Due to me moving from sauna-like NC to winter VA, 18 months later my glass developed a leak. Contacted them again and AGAIN got a resolution within hours. Although they do not operate where I live, they backed up their work, scheduled the repair with a local shop of my choosing and negotiated with them. Based on my experience, I can only recommend this company. Thank you!
