The guys here were awesome. Brought my car in with power steering problems. They stayed after their closing time to finish up. Took only about 3 hours on a busy Saturday. Recommend this place.
Wow, just wow... I'm the daughter of a mechanic so my standards are pretty high but this Meineke just keeps impressing me every time I come. They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well-priced. They also take pictures of issues so I can see what they are talking about, which is something no other mechanic has ever done for me. That, combined with their excellent pricing, has convinced me that there is nowhere else I want to take my car for everything--from oil changes to inspections to major work. Thanks for being amazing, Meineke!!
Amazing customer service, amazing mechanics. I really trust the people that work here. Plus you earn points after work is done, and those points add up to free oil changes and other rewards. They also raise money for aces for autism which raises money for children with disabilities.
$150.00 an hour . Are you rich? If not please shop around. This place legally, steals money, right out from the unsuspecting.
I took my older Toyota truck to Meineke for a brake check. I specifically didn't take it to a dealership because I didn't want an outrageous estimate. The brake check was of no charge, and although it took 2 hours, I was relieved to get a diagnosis. The estimate I was given was $960.87. I ended up taking it to the Toyota dealership I've had my truck serviced previously and I was given an estimate LESS THAN A THIRD of what Meineke was going to charge me. Not to mention, the part they were replacing wasn't even the source of my issue. Meineke suggested to replace the more expensive part first, and if I was still having issues, to then replace the other. A great plan for them to double dip with labor costs.
Long story short: get a second opinion. I will not be returning to Meineke.
