It takes forever get help there.
I am a new Sam's Club member. I had a great customer service experience. The store was clean. The store offers a scan and go app which allows you to scan your product and pay so you can skip waiting. Once I had finished shopping I wasn't able to pay. That is where the good service comes in. They were very patient and helped me to the correct app. There were lines and this service allowed me to walk out the door showing my e receipt.
Trying to buy beer for this weekend. Had 3 siblings with me under 15 and 2 other adults with me. We had our ID'S and the lady still asked the kids for an ID? Of course they didnt have one. So the manager on duty would not sell it to me! Is this a policy?? If so, I would like someone to send it to me. Where does it say to ask the kids for IDs? I will not be going back there again!
The prices are decent and if you don't mind buying in volume it works. I don't like being treated like a criminal at the door.
There is something wrong with the Pharmacy.
Great place employees are very helpful and friendly! You can take time to browse the store so many unique things to see.
Oh and this is the best part, they call you your perscription is ready. When you get there they have no knowledge of said Phone call or perscription being ready?? Then show them the sams club pharmacy number then suddenly perscription appears?????
You have a 50/50 chance if you're doctor calls in the prescription of it being filled. They'll state no knowledge of it.
1month later. Seems all the above and one with nasty attitude that perscription not ready and the one who called literally slid behind shelves to hide???? Oh, no store manager to be found???? Does corporate pay attention to reviews?????
I SUGGEST FIRE ALL OF THEM AND HIRE OTHERS WHO REALLY WANT TO WORK.
Basically go somewhere else and save yourself some aggrivation.
You will enjoy it to the max.
