A mistake was made on my order. They we're very nice and made it right. I appreciate the great customer service!
Much as I love Papa Johns I hate to leave a review like this because any other time that I have made an order and something was wrong it was corrected with no problem and everything was refunded. But this time the person over the phone "He never said his name" was very rude. First I called to check on the order and was hurried up off of the phone with "Thanks for calling papa johns, please hold "click"" the first time I stayed on the phone for roughly 11 Minutes and then the second time the same thing and then was on hold for 7 minutes, now it has turned 12:01 am. When I hang up and call back again I get the same guy and he says "Thanks for calling Papa Johns we are closed" I explained the situation and he replied only thing we can do is get a free pizza "click" no response from me or even a chance to give a response to them. So I call back again and this time I record the conversation because I was in such disbelief that I couldn't believe it so I knew that no one else would believe it either. The same thing basically happened I was trying to be sympathetic as possible but the person on the other side of the phone was so rude that I just couldn't take it anymore so I gave up in disbelief and just threw the cold dry pizza away along with the wings. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else at all but I will not be ordering from this establishment again.
Papa John offers great tasting foods and when order is stated to be ready they are always on time. I just love their online ordering app. I like the bonus points they offer and how useful they are to use and have. One issue though, the front cashiers or employees are not always friendly or considerate when I go in to pick-up items.
Still waiting on that pizza ...driver Couldn't find my location so instead of calling me back and letting me know ..they just let me sit there and wait for and hour ....ordering from Pizza hut from now on .
Not the greatest experience, but after speaking with the manager it sounds like they are trying to improve things.
