Had two dining,experiences in this specific Pizza Hut. First was take out. Pizza arrived home hot and the pizza,was flavorful. Yumm. Second was eat in. Not a great experience. Although the restaurant was slow, the waitress was not on her game. Ordered our food and that went ok, but when twenty minutes passed and no appetizer, we had to ask what was going on. Evidently the appetizer got stuck in the oven and burned (tall tale I think) once the garlic knots arrived...the cheese had cooked out of them. Pizza arrived 10 min after the appetizer, overcooked and dry. Manager took the cost of the knots off the bill, but in my opinion, it should have been free. Pizza and garlic knots from order time to table. 45 minutes. And the restaurant only had us and another couple. Most likely a bad day, but it should have been made,right.
Problems upon problems with this location. Food is delivered wrong, charges are mysteriously put on your bank statement (then you have to call them to have money put back into your account or credit to the store). We have given this location multiple chances and today was it for us. We put in an online order, to then be doubly hit on our bank account for the order. Then, we were told the fryer is down so we would have to wait anyways. This is just my event that took place today but use your judgement wisely. We love pizzahut but this location is not worth your time, money, or frustration.
Place feels boxed in and small when seated at tables ..needs decor update..pizza was to done ..waitress was nice and provided great service

I have eaten there and ordered in I think they do a decent job. I think people on this message board needs to learn how to spell.
