I have never had any type of service from these people and they are reporting that I owe them money on my credit report! They refuse to help me!
If I could give a zero star, I would. Conger Pluming was the subcontractor on my house, and 6 months outside of my warranty going out, I called to have a dripping hose bib looked at. In about 15 minutes the hose bib was replaced and it cost me $90.00. The part was only $4.50. So I was charged 85.00 for 15 minutes of labor. When I tried to discuss the excessive bill with the owner, he accused me of trying to get free labor. I explained I just thought $90.00 was excessive and he became combative explaining he had to pay for gas. HIS OFFICE IS A MILE AND A HALF AWAY! I paid the $90.00 but contacted the Better Business Bureau. What a rip off!
