This was the first time I have used Mr. Rooter. I was very impressed by the timeliness and professional of the representative from the company. Paul explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed in a manner that I clearly understood. He was prompt and worked harder than any other person I have ever worked with in terms of home repair. He was very meticulous with his work and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and recommend the company to others.

I attempted to begin installing a shower valve into my home, and I quickly became in over my head when I had to go underneath the house. I called Mr Rooter and they gave me several time slots that day to choose from. Dale with Mr Rooter came out, and had no problems working from where I left off, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. He even let me watch to see how it was done, answering any questions I had. I knew the price for calling in a professional to get the job done would be high, but the job is done, and its done well enough for me to have some piece of mind.
I had been having main drain issues for awhile now, I called when everything had backed up into my bath tub not only did they get here the came day it was only about an hour before they arrived and promptly informed me the cost of the repair, and even though it was raining they got the work done very quickly. I will recommend to all my friends and I really appreciate everything the Technicians did, they were very knowledgeable and repaired the issue as quickly as possible, double checked everything to make sure it was problem solved and left no mess behind even stayed late well after 5pm to ensure I was satisfied not something I will forget. Aaron Williams did a great job. They came when they said they would, he was a nice young man and did a good job. Nobody want to spend hard earned money on plumbing but when necessary it's so much better when all goes well.
