I have wanted to write this review for the last 3 times I have visited this establishment but have given them the benefit of the doubt because I hated to be a complainer. I honestly don't do negative reviews without really putting a lot of thought to it because I understand the effect it has on a business. Not ONCE in the last 3 visits was I acknowledged by an employee on the sales floor. Multiple employees made eye contact with me without speaking or just walked by and ignored me all together. I work in retail sales environment and could not imagine a customer being completely ignored on a retail sales floor. I mean we are talking about a simple "Hello, how are you?" or a "Do you need any help with anything?" is all I'm asking for. It's a good thing this crew sells a product that basically sells itself (John Deere) because their basic customer service skills are definitely lacking.

This weekend was having starter problems with my 4066 tractor. First trouble I have had since I bought it a year and a half ago. Stopped by the service department around 1:30, explained my problem, and the service manager said he would send someone out to look at it within the hour. Sure enough the man showed up, thought it might be a faulty battery, but that tested 100%, so he then checked some other possibilities and it turned out to be a loose connection going to the starter. Great people at the Winterville East Coast Equipment and they treated me with courtesy and respect.
