Let me start by saying that the staff and customer service at this store were very friendly, polite, and professional. Additionally, the representative I spoke withb on the phone was also extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The only issue I had was with the Lowe's computer system. I was trying to return something that I had lost the receipt for. When my information was entered into the system, it denied me being to return the item. I was given a number I could call. The representative reviewed the information and removed the block. So all in all, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. However it was a huge inconvenience.

The construction desk was not professional at all . Of all the money that I spend in this Lowes I felt sorry for them . They wouldn’t help me Match the price from another Lowes . And they were mean and unprofessional about it . I have never made a negative review about no one before in my life . I even made a google account to make this one. That is how bad of service this Lowes in Greenville have . Hispanic person in desk , white pregnant lady and white guy helpind them all 3 were ***holes
Staff was very nice. They were able to guide me to the right isle and give me advice on the project I wanted to accomplish.
