I have been going to Harbor Freight for years. They are the perfect place to get tools cheap! They may not be the high end tools, but like 95% of people who do stuff around the house, I might use it a couple of times over years. So it's perfect! Why spend hundreds on a power tool to use for one project when you can spend $30 and it will at least last that job plus a few more. Over all, a good deal.
Good quality stuff, be sure to check the online reviews. I've found them to be mostly accurate. For the average DIYer there's no need to pay the high prices of other retailers since your tools probably won't be used as much as a pro. Also, I don't take one step in the store without a 20% off and freebie coupon - HF rocks!
